  • Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?

    Yes, Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Goa requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. Your credit card requires a prepayment or a deposit prior. Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process.

    If you do not cancel online reservations in accordance with the individual hotel’s cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night’s hotel stay, unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.

  • How do I make reservations for a large group (family reunion, club etc.)?

    Requesting 8 or more rooms for the Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Goa and same arrival date qualifies as a group booking. Group travel reservations may have different rates or hotel booking requirements. To request a reservation for your group or for more information, please contact the hotel directly.

  • What is Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Goa’s online cancellation policy?

    If you do not cancel online reservations based on the hotel’s cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night’s hotel stay unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.

    When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the individual hotel’s cancellation policy. During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.

    Yes. Reservations are guaranteed / pre paid on your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel. Take time to review the cancellation policies for your specific l reservation.

  • Can I modify or cancel a reservation that has been booked directly with the hotel?

  • I forgot/lost my confirmation number. How do I find it?

    To retrieve your confirmation number, please contact the hotel for which you made your reservation. If the reservation was made directly with the hotel, you will have to contact the hotel directly to retrieve your confirmation number.
